The 3 essential P’s of a Purpose-Based Business

Have you ever asked yourself what makes a Purpose-based business different from a conventional one?

You could think that just because you know your purpose, and are putting it at the fore front of what you do, that would be enough to guarantee your success; as if some Cosmic Force would protect you and grant you your wish of making a living doing what you love.

I’m not saying “don’t believe in Spirit” (because I personally do) and I love being guided along the way in my business path. All that I’m saying is that apart from Continue reading

About me and my writing -a blog challenge

Coaches are known for asking a lot of questions. I’m curious by nature, you see, so it only made sense that I ended up becoming one.

Questions are valuable, but only if you ask the right ones.
For example, from all the telesummits I’ve listened to along the years, one has really stood up among all. And the reason was that they kept asking the same powerful questions to all the participants. It was great, and finally gave me a wonderful global understanding of the topic.

So when Nina Lenton shared this “chain of questions” blog post challenge, it got me interested right away.

And you know what? If you are not able to answer these questions for your own business (or soon to be business) it means Continue reading

When you are starting a business, (or trying to take it off the ground) you are busy.
So many things to do…
so many things to learn…
and not enough time to do them all.

Your never-ending list of activities (if you are prone to making lists) will probably be something like this:
Writing blog post, posting on social media, designing you business logo, choosing the right theme for your WP site, getting some business cards, looking for images online, doubting about your domain name (“Should I change this one?”), creating your products…

If you are kind of overwhelmed with all the things you have to do to start your business or take it off the ground, let me tell you a secret:

As important as it is to Continue reading

The 3 foundational elements you absolutely MUST have clarity about before launching your biz.

3 foundations Most heart-centered professionals take their first steps into entrepreneurship with a very incomplete vision of what they really need to build a business. No doubt they put a lot of love, time and effort to lauch it, but then they spend months struggling because nobody seems to want what they have to offer. Ouch!

The reason why this happens is because they lack a real clarity about the 3 foundational elements upon which every sustainable biz is built upon.

Yes, most probably than not, these caring, heart-centered professionals took the time to do a bit of soul-search: Continue reading

What if nobody wants what you have to offer?

que-hacerWith respect to your life purpose, what do you think it’s worse?
…having no idea about what your life purpose might be?
…being crystal clear about what it is but being unable to make it a reality? or
…putting all of your heart, time and energy into a purposeful project, only to watch it fail?

If I have to be sincere, in my opinion the third is the worst of all.

And I know, by some of the questions I’ve received lately, that some of the readers of my blog are struggling witht that problem.

Maybe because I’ve seen it more times that I would like, maybe because in many of my previous businesses I’ve struggled with it myself, but the truth is that Continue reading

How to get unstuck with (almost) anything

get-it-done2When you run a biz based on your purpose, (by definition built upon your natural talents), most of the things you’ll have to do to run it smoothly, will be things you enjoy doing.

But from time to time, you’ll get stuck with things. No matter how good your intentions, some of those tasks will be a challenge to finish.

There are many reasons you might get stuck and unable to get things done: It can be just a lack of Continue reading

The number one mistake conscious professionals make when crafting their offers

flowersThere was a local fair in my home town, that I use to go as a child. I was 12 or 13 back then, and that weekly visit was like a ritual for my friends and me every single sunday.

On that fair you could buy any kind of product, except food. You could find music (remember those old cassette tapes?), clothes, leather bags and belts, shoes, ceramic pieces and figurines made by local artisans, plants and flowers…

You know how things go when you belong to a group of friends, don’t you? If they did something you probably ended Continue reading

Is your business idea good enough to try it out? (in the real world)

903cvt6p copiaOne of the most heart breaking things I see in the process of turning your purpose into prosperity is when conscious professionals start a biz that will never have the capacity for bringing enough income as to be financially sustainable for them.

Probably because I’ve failed many times myself, and the unbreakable faith that everything will turn out right of the Innocent archetype is no longer in the fore front as a Purposeful Ally for me anymore, but the thing is that I want to know before hand if what I’m dreaming of creating has any true substance backing it up.

So the question you need to answer is: “How can I Continue reading
